So, I'm twenty-six now. I've had a lot of time to think about who I am and who I worry I'm not, and who I'd like to be. After much ado I've decided there's only one thing left to do: I'm kicking the middle "who I worry I'm not" out of my life. I think the only fair way to go is: to enjoy being "who Iam" and fill myself with gusto as I pursue the "who I'd like to be".
For a large portion of my life I've been so caught up in pleasing people and trying to be the perfect young lady, that I've in a small respect missed the big picture. This is the BIG PICTURE:
People see people. If you are fake they can see right through that. If you are genuine it saves a lot of rope-winding. At least you are going to be liked or not and you'll find it our rather quickly. That's actually quite relieving.
So this is where I am, maybe not all my qualities are up to par, but at least I find myself good company.
I stole this quote from someone else's blog. It just illustrates what I'm trying to say.
"I'm selfish, impatient, and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I'm out of control, and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." --Norma Jean

Musica
If anyone knows how to add music to this blogging business, could ya help a girl out. I'd love to post some of my Zumba (Zoom-ba) music. It's such a fun work out, even the kiddos love to dance with me. I know you'd love it too!
Our computer arrived today....CHEERS!!! We'll soon be setting it up and then you'll get a great big dose of pictures.
So, how about new year's resolutions? I know I have one, and it's a great one. I just can't think of what it is at the moment.....it's a really great one. Anyway, hope you are enjoying January. I've decided to busy my time being some sort of crafty. My sister-in-laws and I are making/made quiet church books. Of course my sewing sister is thousands of miles away when I decide to embark on this crafty quest. Status: I love my love/hate...mostly hate relationship with my sewing machine, thank you.
I guess I felt chatty just now. thanks for listening. See ya round the blog.
