We are Here

Sorry folks, I've been hiding from doing this. I think I feel guilty when I don't upload a picture, so then I just don't post anything....

Here's some updates:
Lydia and Paul are riding without training wheels (whahoo!)
Tom bought us all a canoe
Julia is as honery as a bear
We are moving in two or three weeks
I'm running the Sunburst half on June 2nd

I'm thinking of posting some about my recovery from post partum/anxiety...yeah I dunno, what do you think? Somehow blogs are always so smiley and gooey that it'd almost kill the mood. I'd start a separate blog but I'd never really keep track of it. It's one of those things that I think about, but can't make up my mind and then I get muddled and then my brain goes, blurp.

  1. Post partum is more prevalint than people think and those who have it need all the help, saport, and knowing there not the only one they can get! I think a blog is a great place for it. You could help a lot of people.

    Were are you moving?

  2. You're moving?! Wait... you'll still be in the same city, though, right? Or are you moving to a whole new area?

Post partum is very prevalent. It's something I'm trying to watch out for myself. It's good to have some balance of fun and serious - especially when it's personal and can help others.

  4. Hey, T! Good luck on your half marathon! You're going to do great, girl. :) I am a terrible blogger. I have a weird thing about putting things in order...and I can't post something new if I've missed older ones...sooooo I just don't post! haha Post partum is more common than most think. After having Olivia (3rd) we moved when she was 3 weeks old into an old ladies basement in Garden City. I had no friends & never went out. Most depressed I'd been in my whole life! Took a good chunk of time to actually feel better about where our life had taken us that year. Everyone has differing degrees on how it affects them. You are strong & I Love you, girly!
